Paige Knickrehm, CNM, believes every woman deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered in her healthcare journey. As a Certified Nurse Midwife, she provides full scope midwifery care, offering everything from annual wellness exams and gynecologic care to prenatal care, labor and delivery, postpartum care, family planning, and menopause support.

Paige’s path to midwifery began with her own pregnancy. She wanted a more personal healthcare experience where she truly knew her provider and felt known in return. That experience changed her life and inspired her to dedicate her career to helping other women experience compassionate, relationship centered care.

Her approach is rooted in education, evidence based medicine, and shared decision making. Paige believes patients should remain in the driver’s seat of their care.

She takes time to answer questions, explain options, and provide the support women need to make informed decisions that align with their values. Her goal is for every patient to leave feeling seen, heard, and confident in their care. As part of the collaborative team at OGA Women’s Health, Paige serves as a bridge between outpatient women’s healthcare and hospital based obstetrics. She works closely with OGA’s experienced obstetricians, allowing patients to benefit from personalized midwifery care while having seamless access to physician expertise whenever higher risk care is needed.

Before joining OGA, Paige provided full scope midwifery care at St. Luke’s Obstetrics and Gynecology, where she cared for patients throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and every stage of reproductive health. After earning multiple DAISY Awards for her exemplary and compassionate bedside care, Paige carried those same core tenets into her career as an advanced practice registered nurse.”

Paige earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Idaho State University before completing her Master of Science in Nursing and Certified Nurse Midwife education at Frontier Nursing University.

Outside of work, Paige is a lifelong Idahoan, a wife, and the proud mom of three children. She loves live music, Halloween, and finding joy in life’s whimsical moments.
